Opening BOBIS…
The current beta uses a verified support request so we can protect your account before removing it.
BOBIS · PHRIKMEDIASend an email from the address connected to your BOBIS account to support@bobis.com.ng with the subject Delete my BOBIS account.
Do not send your password, access token, card details or a copy of an identity document unless our support team explains why a safer verification step is required.
Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be retained where required. Encrypted backups may retain data for a limited operational period before normal expiry. Aggregated information that can no longer identify you may remain in service statistics.
Removing BOBIS from your Google or Facebook settings stops that provider connection, but it does not automatically erase data already held in your BOBIS account. Use the deletion request above for full BOBIS deletion.
The parent, guardian, school or authorised adult responsible for the account should make the request. We may verify that relationship before acting to protect the young learner.
