1. Agreement and operator
These Terms of Service apply to your use of BOBIS, a platform operated by PhrikMedia in Nigeria. By using BOBIS, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Children and young learners may use BOBIS Junior only through a parent, guardian, school or authorised adult who accepts responsibility for the account and participation. BOBIS is not intended to create independent social accounts for children.
3. Acceptable use
Use BOBIS to learn, practise, collaborate and pursue legitimate opportunities. You must not:
- Harass, exploit, groom, threaten or impersonate another person.
- Publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative or harmful material.
- Target children for private contact, manipulation or commercial pressure.
- Scrape, overload, bypass security, reverse engineer protected systems or misuse another account.
- Submit malware, spam, fraudulent opportunities or false proof of learning or identity.
- Infringe privacy, copyright, trademark or other rights.
4. Content and community
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give PhrikMedia a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve BOBIS. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
We may review, limit or remove content and accounts that breach these terms or create safety, legal or integrity risks. Community moderation cannot guarantee that every item is accurate or appropriate.
5. Learning and opportunities
BOBIS makes knowledge easier to use, but it does not replace a school, licensed professional or emergency service. Unless a specific offer says otherwise, BOBIS content is not an accredited qualification or a guarantee of admission, employment, funding, income or any other outcome.
